This machine include filling capping function in one machine, use gravity method for oil filling.
In-feed bottle by air conveyor, neck hanging ( by chain plate conveyor available), output bottle by chain plate conveyor belt.
Filler Station:
• High precision filling nozzle, ensure high filling precision
• Gravity filling + return back system , smoothly & steadily
• All SUS316L stainless steel contact parts & liquid tank, good polish
• No bottle no filling
Capper station:
• Place & capping system, efficiency and realizable.
• All 304stainless steel construction
• No bottle no capping and Automatic stop when lack of bottle
Electric Part & Safe Device & Automation:
• Sensor control, when force to open the windows, system will automatic stop
• When accident system automatic stop & alarm
• Emergency switch when accident
• Famous PLC , Touch-screen Control Panel & inverter
• Famous brand sensor & other electric parts adopted, ensure the whole system heavy duty running

• 304 stainless steel construction, fine which gives excellent appearance and can be easily disinfected.
• Tempering Glass window
• The suspending design allows the maintenance to be performed easily due to fewer moving parts.
